We love being able to save games that we want to try while looking through all the different console options, there are so many games from multiple gaming consoles! We are highly satisfied with this purchase!

   This console has several thousand retro games across many consoles. It seems to be running a modified version of emulation station and removed all the complex options that a casual user can get confused by. The in game menu is powered by retroarch and supports save states. I had to press start+select many times for the menu to show up, but otherwise great.

   This thing is pretty amazing. Tons of games, a ridiculous amount of platforms. It plays much better than the game stick I had before. Note: push start and select together to go back to the main menu from a game. It’s very stable. All of your favorites and you can add games easily by popping out the sd card and adding roms. Love it!!

The games l’ve played so far are very fun! The game has Super Mario on it and many other classic games. The shipping was on time as well.

   Let's get this out of the way, this has a bunch of old NES roms, as well as some fan made games, and I think even some shovelware games from the 80's. It could just be parts of some of the games, but it feels like something you would have found at a store in a bunch of floppys with a hand written label (I feel so old now). This has the Goonies on here (not the Goonies 2, but the orginal that only came out on the Playchoice 10). I know because I bought a Playchoice 10 to play it, and its great. It's way more faithful to the movie then you might expect.The handheld is fine, it comes with a rechargeable battery and the buttons didn't have any lag to them. They were not the best quality, but its serviceable.Now the 2nd player controller on the other hand is very cheap, and the buttons do not feel as well made. Now you might be saying...why would you need a 2nd player on a small handheld? The answer is you can connect the handheld to the TV though and AV cable (is it 1996 again?). You can do it, but I think this system is better played using the handheld only.There was 500 games on this, some of them were complex and some were simple. Some of the games would even bring up a menu and let you pick which level you wanted to start on. Not sure why this wasn't an option with all the games, but at least it was helpful when you got it. If you are looking for a portable NES game player and don't care if it gets broken...this will do the trick.

   It's got a lot of things going for it, like the console itself is pretty decent quality for the price - the buttons are good and the response time is pretty nice, the screen itself isn't that bad, and the speaker is pretty decent for the price. You can even output to a screen with the old ketchup and mustard plugs, and it works well enough on that for playing multiplayer.
   
   The game selection is weird though - it's a collection of NES games but there's a bunch of repeats, homebrews, and weird hacks like Mario 16. Some of these are playable and sometimes fun, but most are just bloatware to add to the game count. This is the weakest point but... at least you can play Mario.

   I wasn't sure what to expect from this thing, given the price and improbably huge number of games, but took a chance. Here are my thoughts:
   
   1. When it says "FC" I guess that means Famicom, which is what the NES was called in its native Japan. Basically, it's a tiny Game Boy-shaped console that only plays NES games and comes with an NES-style controller for a second player. (The extra buttons are two turbo buttons and a reset that takes you back to the game select.)
   
   2. The game selection is weird, which, now that I read up on it, is apparently common for "Famiclones." There are some huge games on here -- the original NES Marios and Contras, Double Dragon, Final Fight, though no Zelda or Metroid -- but they're not even placed prominently in the game list. There are also some games you've never heard of, some foreign-language versions of popular games, and some obviously fake games (with names like "Mario XIV" or whatever). Some of the fake games are apparently "hacks" where someone took one NES game and swapped the character sprites with characters from a different game. I don't know if this is some weird copyright trick or what, but it's bizarre and annoying. I'd much prefer 50 good, legitimate, official games at a higher price point.
   
   3. It hooks up to a TV (a tiny TRS plug goes into the console and just two RCA plugs go into the TV -- video and mono audio), but the cord is ridiculously short. You can only use it if the jacks are in the front of the TV and you want to sit right in front of it. If the jacks are in the back of the TV, plan on standing to the side! It's not even a normal 1/8" TRS plug, so I wasn't able to jerryrig my own without buying new cables. If you want to play two-player, plan on sharing the gameboy.
   
   4. I haven't broken it yet, but it's EXTREMELY light. I'm not expecting it to last long, especially if I let my kids at it.
   
   5. For the money it's not terrible, I guess, but I really wish Nintendo would put out a Game Boy Classic. I would snap that up in a second.

   For the price I was not expecting high quality. It was nice that it came with a controller and cord to hook up to the TV. My 6 year old really enjoys it, and I enjoyed the knock off of Super Mario 3. Down side is you can't save gameplay and default is in Chinese. My 6 year does not care too much about either of those cons, just likes to play a bunch of games.Many of the games are duplicates and definitely knock off versions of games, but again for the price I didn't have high expectations. The screen is bright which is better than real old school gameboys, and battery life is decent.You get what you pay for. Great for little kids who have not played actual real video games, not really for adults who know they are just knock offs.

    There are lots of games to choose from which is great! It’s a little bit difficult to figure out how to maneuver around setting up games since there aren’t directions in the box but it’s not impossible once you start playing around with it.
   As far as the games that I’ve played in the past, these were a fun blast to the past! The obstacles in the games aren’t quite as difficult to beat as they were on the original games, but I don’t mind.

   I was hoping to get that old school kid vibe while playing this handheld game system. This works decently however it seems to have a lot of bootlegged versions of some games. For instance one of my favorite games growing up lampung was Tetris however the version they have here is nothing like the game I grew up to love. There are some fun Mario games but overall it’s not all the same. For the most part the buttons se to work ok. I have only encountered a few times that the buttons did not work properly and resulted in my losing the mission/dying in the game. Overall it’s tiny and a good companion to have on the occasion you don’t want to play anything new aged.

    This does have a lot of games but some I noticed are repeated titles. I only clicked on a couple to see how it worked. I have not tried the remote that comes with it or the cords to connect to TV. The screen for this is extremely small.. perfect for my small grandson but other than that you need really good vision to see the screen and play a game.. it is very light weight.. it's ok but wouldn't recommend cheaply made.. Please see pictures.

   I got mine about a week ago. So far it seems fine. Shows 20040 games on it although a lot of them are repeats. Experiencing no lag on the controllers and the controllers appear to be customizable in settings. Great picture on what I have tested so far. I have had some audio issues on some of the games, but nothing that affects game play. I recommend this.

The game list contains English and Chinese versions, though it does not appear to have any option to modify the game list such as removing or adding games. The games I have tried do play well
